I work in the Pharmacy Department at st. Vincent Catholic Hospital, my job title is pharmacist aid. The service my company provide is medical health care to the public, I do many assist things in my internship site, the three tasks that I regularly do are prepare medicine, sort them, then tube them back to the doctor office for the patients. My supervisor is a sophisticated pharmacist, she is highly respected by all her co-workers. The three qualities that I have noticed about her in the last four weeks are she is a good ethic worker, she has very good solving problems skills and team working skills. Something that I really enjoy about the internship is I learn so many life lessons from the people work there, they usually give me advices in my future career. And the most challenging part of the internship is since there are tons of different medicines in the shelves, sometime I really have a hard time on finding the required medicines. But hopefully, as I work more time in the pharmacy I can get all the medicine I need quickly.
since I work in Manhattan, it takes me approximately an hour to get there from school at about 11:40. And I arrived home at about 5:10 every day. I work 3 hours a day, 4 days a week. I sign in at the volunteer department, and the head of the department sister Pat signs my time card when I leave the internship site.
My third and fourth weeks of internship been pretty indifferent from the first two weeks , but I do make some progress in these two weeks. I had been working more effeciently than the last two weeks, I hope this progress will go continually day by day.

Hey...I just wanted to see if I can comment on someone's blog...and I am just walking by...bye!!! by the way great blog...
ReplyDeleteHey Adrian and Xiao Yu, I agree ... pretty good blog so far. I'm not just walking by though. I tend to notice little things like punctuation and spelling. For example, Sister Pat might be embarrassed that you wrote her name as Sis. Pet. Please be careful to proofread. Otherwise, good work.
